Open Africa Power Program 2025 – Enel Foundation & SEforALL

 The Open Africa Power Program 2025, led by Enel Foundation in partnership with Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), aims to empower the next generation of African energy leaders. It offers a comprehensive professional and academic development experience designed to build technical, regulatory, and business skills crucial for driving Africa’s sustainable energy transition. The program will select up to 80 participants, with a strong focus on gender balance and pan-African representation.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Age between 24–35 years as of April 14, 2025.
  • Citizen and current or future resident of an African country.
  • Must be eligible to travel to Italy.
  • Must have graduated by April 16, 2025, with a PhD, MBA, or Master’s degree (Bachelor’s-only holders and current Master’s students are not eligible).
  • At least one academic degree must be from an African university.
  • Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or degree taught in English).
  • Demonstrated interest in the electricity sector.
  • Commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
