- MTN Science and Technology Scholarship (MTN STS): For eligible 300-level students studying Science & Technology-related courses in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.
- MTN Scholarship for Blind Students (MTN SBS): Supporting eligible 200 and 300-level blind students in Nigerian public tertiary institutions, regardless of course.
- Top 10 UTME Scholarship: Recognizing the top-scoring candidates in JAMB UTME, awarding scholarships from 100-level till graduation.
Each scholarship is designed to foster academic excellence and support students until graduation, provided grade requirements are consistently met. Scholarships are worth ₦300,000 annually.
Eligibility Criteria:
Institution of Study:
- Open to students in Nigerian public tertiary institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education).
- Top 10 UTME Scholarship is open to students in both public and private tertiary institutions
Courses:
- MTN STS: 300-level students studying Science & Technology-related courses.
- MTN SBS: 200 & 300-level blind students studying any course.
- Top 10 UTME Scholarship: Top 10 UTME scorers regardless of course or institution type.
Level of Study:
- MTN STS: Students moving to or currently in 300 level.
- MTN SBS: 200 & 300 level blind students, except for Law students (300 level only).
- Top 10 UTME Scholarship: Awarded from 100 level.
Cummulative Grade Point Requirements:
MTN STS:
- Universities/Colleges: Minimum CGPA 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 (Second Class Upper)
- Polytechnics: Minimum CGPA 3.0 (Upper Credit) + Admission to HND
- Direct Entry: Minimum CGPA 3.0 (Upper Credit) + Admission to 300 level
MTN SBS:
- Universities/Colleges: Minimum CGPA 2.5
- Polytechnics: Minimum CGPA 2.0 + Admission to HND
