The Africa Healthcare Innovation Fellowship (AHIF) 2025 is a transformative program by InnovateHealth Africa (IHA) aimed at equipping young professionals with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to drive healthcare innovation across the continent. Designed to address Africa’s unique healthcare challenges, the fellowship provides hands-on training in digital health, entrepreneurship, and responsible innovation to foster solutions that create lasting impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 17–35 years old
- Location: Open to professionals across Africa
- Backgrounds: Healthcare professionals, Tech innovators, Entrepreneurs, Policymakers, Researchers, Government officials
- Interest Areas: Digital health, healthcare transformation, and health-tech startups
- Availability: Must commit to the 4-month hybrid program

Program Structure
The AHIF 2025 Fellowship consists of three progressive phases:
- Phase 1: The Bootcamp (8 Weeks, Online)

- Phase 2: The Lab & Demo Day (4 Weeks, Hybrid)
Hands-on innovation labs and pitch presentations to showcase projects
- Phase 3: Post-Fellowship Support
