The Young Leaders for the SDGs initiative recognizes 17 outstanding young changemakers from around the world who are driving progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Selected leaders will collaborate with the United Nations over a two-year term, championing youth engagement, amplifying global advocacy efforts, and contributing to key initiatives to advance sustainable development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Aged 15 to 35 years old at the time of application.
- Working-level proficiency in English.
- Open to applicants globally, with a focus on inclusive representation including young women and girls, youth with disabilities, indigenous youth, LGBTIQ+ youth, refugees, migrants, and rural youth.
