Eligibility Criteria:
- Startup Focus: For-profit ventures addressing challenges in EdTech or Future of Work sectors.
- Stage: Must have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with scalable potential; founders must be working on the venture full-time.
- Team Structure: Founder applying must be CEO or hold primary decision-making power. May apply with one co-founder.
- Location: Open globally.
- Language & Age: Fluent in English; at least 21 years old by program start.
- Program Commitment: Full participation in all sessions and residency.
- Impact: Venture must contribute to at least one UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
