McKinsey & Company Forward Program for African Professionals

McKinsey.org Forward is a free 10-week online learning program designed to equip individuals at various career stages—from newcomers to job changers—with practical skills to thrive in today’s evolving workplace. The program focuses on building essential soft skills, digital fluency, and strategic thinking, helping participants become more effective and confident professionals. Upon completion, participants receive a McKinsey.org Forward digital badge and gain access to an exclusive global network of lifelong learners.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Currently reside in Africa (any country)
  • Be employed, self-employed, or between jobs
  • Have less than 5 years of total work experience
    OR have more than 5 years of experience but have never managed colleagues in a corporate setting
  • Have completed at least secondary/high school education
  • Be proficient in English (the program is delivered in English)
