Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
- Currently reside in Africa (any country)
- Be employed, self-employed, or between jobs
- Have less than 5 years of total work experience
OR have more than 5 years of experience but have never managed colleagues in a corporate setting - Have completed at least secondary/high school education
- Be proficient in English (the program is delivered in English)
