The Open Africa Power Program 2025, led by Enel Foundation in partnership with Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), aims to empower the next generation of African energy leaders. It offers a comprehensive professional and academic development experience designed to build technical, regulatory, and business skills crucial for driving Africa’s sustainable energy transition. The program will select up to 80 participants, with a strong focus on gender balance and pan-African representation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age between 24–35 years as of April 14, 2025.
- Citizen and current or future resident of an African country.
- Must be eligible to travel to Italy.
- Must have graduated by April 16, 2025, with a PhD, MBA, or Master’s degree (Bachelor’s-only holders and current Master’s students are not eligible).
- At least one academic degree must be from an African university.
- Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or degree taught in English).
- Demonstrated interest in the electricity sector.
- Commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
