The SAP Young Professionals Program, run by SAP’s Digital Skills Center, is a free 2-month training initiative aimed at recent graduates in Nigeria. It equips participants with globally recognized SAP certifications, soft skills, and job-readiness training to kick-start a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Upon completion, participants are introduced to job opportunities within SAP’s vast ecosystem of partners and customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
- Be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
- Be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to their career goals.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Have graduated within the last 3 years, ideally in the top GPA quartile (proof may be required).
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Be available full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM) from end of April 2025 for the full 2-month program.
- Have strong internet connectivity to participate in virtual live classes.
- Be interested in an SAP consulting career, potentially involving travel.
- Submit an English version of their resume with the application.
