Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be:
- Journalists (junior or mid-career), podcasters, or content creators aged 18+.
- Based in Africa or the African diaspora.
- Freelance or affiliated with media houses.
- Focused on storytelling around labor, fair pay, and workers’ rights.
- Have a combined social media following of at least 2,000 across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
